From the beginning, I work with you to define the conditions and timing for a transition to a full-time executive or distributed-responsibilities solution, so that when the time comes, your organization is prepared to bring on a permanent leader or otherwise lock in what we build together. This includes assisting in the recruitment process to ensure a seamless handover and delivering training to permanent staff where needed.
