What Happens in a Strategic Office Hour?
Strategic Office Hours are designed for leaders who already execute well, and want to think more deliberately about what comes next. This is a structured working session, but the work happens at a higher altitude.
Strategy typically develops over time and is cognitively challenging. After all, you’re not buying hours—you’re buying what changes because of them.
[1 PREP WORK
You fill out a short intake questionnaire that helps ground and identify the problem we’ll work through, followed by a one hour interview session about what you’re building.
[2 WORKING SESSIONS
- We establish strategic context.
- We examine trade-offs and second-order effects.
- We help clarify strategic choices about markets, priorities, and value creation.
[3 ACTION ITEMS
Notes and any action items are sent to you by email after each session, with a booking link for your next one.
